We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is confirmed as defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement free of charge and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 7 business days from the day we receive your return package.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
